Beginning APRIL 1, application forms for the Class of 2024 scholarship can be found below.
- download the form below to your home computer. Make it as THE GOOGLE DOCUMENT document that you can fill in, or print and fill in a copy at home.
- return your completed application, with supporting documentation to Mr. Utterback via email - dutterback@breweredu.org.
- You can mail your completed forms to Mr. Utterback at BHS, 79 Parkway So, Brewer, 04412.
- all applciations will get to the scholarship committee the evening of APRIL 23rd. No late packets will be accepted.
Recipients of this scholarship are selected by a committee made up of current and former Brewer High School Coaches - NOT by the Athletic Administration, Principal or BHS Scholarship Committee.
