BHS STUDENT-ATHLETE REGISTRATION (required each season).
SPORTS PHYSICAL STATEMENT: ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A SPORTS PHYSICAL DATED WITHIN THE CALENDAR YEAR AS NEAR TO THEIR START AT BHS AS A FRESHMAN AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE CHECK WITH THE ATHLETIC OFFICE OR SCHOOL NURSE ON YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
